Through our suppliers, Matthew Clark and L’art du Vin, we have an extensive and meticulously selected wine list that allows our customers to select the perfect accompaniment for their beautiful cut of Steak.
Our light wines consist of a number of fruity reds that pair well with the leaner cuts of Steak, especially when cooked blue or rare.
Our excellent selection of medium bodies wines act as an amazing accompaniment for our Lamb rump, and their high acidity cuts perfectly through the lean texture of a sirloin, chateaubriand or a fillet.
Our bolder selection of wines adorn steaks with a higher fat content, such as the T-Bone, Cote de Boeuf, Porterhouse.
